First of all, I am feeling much better as of this afternoon, and thank you all for caring:) Not back to normal, but my throat is finally less swollen and I actually ate something besides soup and ice cream today.
This afternoon we got a new product which we’ll be reviewing soon on the Multiples Blog, the Flush and Cheer Potty. I know we are not “ready” to start potty learning just yet, but I thought it would be a good idea to start getting them familiar with one, and this nifty little model plays a personalized victory message after a successful potty experience, so we (I) are excited to try it. The kids were extremely starved for some excitement since we’ve been house-ridden for the past week, so when the potty came in the mail, they were happy to help me rip it open and pull out all the pieces. Unfortunately, Lily got a little overzealous and whacked poor Cameron in the head with the seat. Poor little guy (literally) didn’t know what hit him, and he had a little bump on his head for a little bit there.
By the time Todd got home today I was ready to get out of the house, so we decided to take the kids for a little after dinner swim in our neighbor’s pool.. it was LOVELY. Boy, do those kids love the water. It’s just so fun to see them splashing and laughing, and kicking. I have a feeling Lily is going to be the first swimmer, as she already seems like she wants you to let her “go” in the water. The boys are a little more clingy but they enjoy it as well. I wish I had gotten a few better pictures, but this was the best I could do today:)
Hopefully by tomorrow, I’ll be back to 100% and we can get out and do something fun! Have a great weekend!
