Today’s Multiples and More Question of the Week is:
Name one quality of each of your childrens’ grandparents that you hope will be passed on to your kids.
This is a tough question, because our kids have some awesome grandparents. If they could be blessed with all the good qualities of the grandparents, they will grow up to be some really amazing people!
From my mom: I hope that my kids get the desire to help others from my mom. I am so lucky to have a mom who is as giving and caring as my mom is. She will do anything, for anyone, anytime.
From my dad: I hope that my kids get the ability to always do the right thing. To make the wise choice. To put family ahead of everything else.
From Todd’s mom: I hope that my kids get the sense of humor of Todd’s mom. To this day, I have never seen Ben laugh as hard as he did last summer, at his Grammie Lyons.
From Todd’s dad: I hope they get the sweet, laid back attitude of Todd’s father. I’ve never seen the man get upset about anything, ever. (I kind of wish I could inherit that quality too:) And there never lived a man that loved his kids more than Grandpa Lyons loves his.
We wish our parents a very Happy Grandparents Day, and thank you for all of your love and support! What qualities to you hope your children inherit from their grandparents?
