It was a day of haircuts, and lollipops. Haircuts for Cam and Lily, lollipops for everyone. We took the kids to HairMasters… normally not a place I would think of for kids, but we have been there a few times and they are reasonably priced, do a nice job, and are tolerant of multiples toddlers running around their salon. Benjamin had his hair cut the other day, but was dead set on getting another one. I gave him a simulated haircut and a lollipop, and that appeased him:
When Lily was done, the hairdresser sprinkled some “fairy dust” (sparkly stuff) over her hair and arms, and she loved it. She stuck her hand right in the little pouch and said, “More, please!” She then accepted a lollipop for her good behavior- and then immediately asked for one more. Sigh.
Cam did not want to be alone in that big chair, so P sat with him. He did great, and looks so handsome now!
Off in his own world…
My mom sent us a box of gifts, including these t-shirts. The boys loved them, but Lily wouldn’t even put it on until I bribed her with a treat. But a smile- that was asking a little much of her.
(Don’t ask me why she has a bulb syringe, or why she is sticking it on Cam’s face. I have no idea.)
Benny loves to say “Cheeeeeese!”
Hmm, maybe I should try putting a belt over the shirt, and telling her it’s a “Princess dress”. I bet that would make her like it:)
I still have my CSN $80 gift certificate giveaway up and running! Check it out here!
